Amazon's cloud computing unit, AWS, suffered A massive outage on Tuesday that left warehouse and delivery workers, as well as drivers of Amazon's Flex service, unable to access the Flex app or A to Z app, warehouse workers unable to scan packages or access delivery routes, and truck service providers unable to deliver goods.

The root cause of the problem is damage to some network equipment in the US-East-1 area, but Amazon says it does not have an estimated time for full recovery.
